Refund/Cancellation Policy
RETURNS
Our refund policy is 20 days from purchase date. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes shipping costs from shipper to sender and vice versa. If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, please note that our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send email to shop@mochilamarket.com and send your item to: Carrera 58 No 91-99 Barranquilla, Atlantico, Colombia.
SHIPPING
Our products are shipped within 1-3 Days using the following carriers: 4-72 or DHL. All orders can be tracked using 4-72 and/or DHL and/or your local post office once it leaves Colombia. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Carrera 58 No 91-99 Barranquilla, Atlantico, Colombia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
